- RHRoddy1 HubbMar 15, 20241.0I must share my Mothers experience staying in Brookdale Raleigh her move in date was October 31st of 2023 she was hospitalized in the beginning of December until her passing on January 12th 2024, she was moving closer to her family when she was hospitalized, so we put in her 30 date move day, she passed almost 2 weeks left in January and Jason said he would pro rate her because of the circumstances, it might not be their policy but this is what he told me so I took him for a man of his word, could of just been truthful and said no, also they tried to charge for February even though we put in a 30 day notice and she passed away 💔 terrible experience it's not good if you have you rent on autopay at Brookdale Raleigh and die...
