This years visit to Mac was so much different then the past few years.It is such a relief to know that he is FINALLY being cared for the way he deserves to be, like a human being. The Memory Care workers at Brookdale show everyday how much they care not only about their jobs but the people they care for. The last facility he was in Peak Resources at Pine Lake was just a place for people to go to die. Walking in to see Mac the other day made my heart smile. Your residents look ALIVE, and the most important thing was Mac said “I like this place!” It is a blessing that my friend Brett can finally be able to relax knowing that her father is in a safe, loving environment! Thank you for everything you do! Charlene is amazing and hands on with the residents and their families. Thank you for taking care of Denny McCann and making his family finally feel at ease!

The program coordinator, Charlene, is the best! She makes sure the residents are well taken care of and you can tell her heart is in it. ❤️. I highly recommend Brookdale Pinehurst.

(HUGE shoutout to Char…the level of care and ability to treat the residents as her own family does not go unnoticed!) My only regret is that we didn’t make this move sooner! 💜
