- NYNEENEE YoungDec 1, 20251.0The fact my child got disenrolled without my acknowledgement so Tues I get a call saying I have a balance on my account which is double of what I pay a month so I tell the director I will not be able to pay until Friday she lets me know well your child can't come back until it paid so Thur Fri they were closed I come this morning to my child being disenrolled no notice email phonecall nothing remind you I have called corporate not once but twice and emailed about this payment matter not once Did I hear from anyone about this matter and still haven't heard anything ..it's like everything fell on me. Beside the turn over rate with the teacher's getting a response from corporate when reaching out and no notice for disenrolled is very unprofessional never have enough teacher to take the children.I feel I could have been advised of this decision with my child disenrollment instead of been in the dark I would not recommend this center

- PPPaulineJul 15, 20251.0My son went 5 hours without eating. He is an infant (8 months). This has happened previously but not this long. When I called to speak with the assistant director (Ms. Chambers) she seemed like she wasn’t concerned and then asked the teacher Mame the times he ate and I was told 8:30am, 10:45am, and 3:50pm. I give 4 bottles each day and I screenshot the app too which showed 3 times. When I got there Mame added a time for his bottle at 1:30pm and must of gave him the milk or poured it out because there wasn’t any milk left. He also had a diaper rash from this place too.

The Teachers are trained professionals and are eager to teach the children every day. My daughter has a special diet and the Director has been flexible with her daily meals. My Son also attended the Daycare and was learning sight words at 3! He is now in the advanced reading classes at his School!!!
