- BWBrittany WilliamsNov 4, 20251.0I called EVERY DAY last week trying to get my daughters status changed to part time bc apparently they can do that and have been just taking my money for 3 months bc she’s only been going to the before and after school program every other week for that long and no one ever told me that there was a part time option. I didn’t pay last week bc she wasn’t there and no one mentioned it bc I was changing her status just for them to call me today and tell me that I owe $135 that I have to pay it before she can change her status and I went up there yesterday too and still no mention of me having to pay for when she’s not even there and going part time. And when she is in the before and after school program they do not work with her with homework or even reading when it’s in the description that they will. I do not recommend this place at all. This place was better when it was miss millie’s, and with all of the old workers.

- RCRachel ChapmanSep 12, 20221.0We unfortunately only attended for not even a full 2 weeks. She of course was still trying to get use to it and was having a hard time. The last day we tried to attend the worker informed me that she would not take her and I would have to wait on the other worker to arrive. Upset by this comment I chose to leave because I was gonna be late for work and I also was not gonna stay and make things worse for my child. When daycare finally reached out on facebook messagener it was to tell me I should have made the lady take her. No apology or to try to find a solution, just trying to blame me for the lady not taking my child. How things were handled were definitely not professional and I wouldn't recommend.
