The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with beautiful décor that gave every space a cozy, cared-for feeling. The receptionist greeted me right away with kindness which made a great first impression. I toured with Kimy, who was absolutely wonderful! She’s friendly, personable, and clearly passionate about the residents and her team. What really stood out to me was the strong sense of teamwork. Everyone communicated so well and you could tell that the staff and residents knew each other like family. Every room I saw was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall environment felt positive and uplifting. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in what they do and genuinely cares about the people who live there. Brookdale left me with such a great impression. A true community built on warmth, teamwork, and heart.

Put in writing your response since Lisa took the time to inform the general public about what she experienced. I am well aware of the corporate structure of nursing home marketing and it is first and foremost a capitol enterprise shrouded in a veil of compassion.
