    I went to Everlasting Monument to get my Mom's stone. Mark was very understanding, genuine and compassionate about what my vision was for my Mom's stone. He made it all happen just the way I wanted it. It was absolutely a very good experience. His staff came out on Tuesday and set it and I had the opportunity to watch his staff work with presision making sure every side was equal and precise. Thank You Mark and your staff for making my experience a great one. I'd recommend anyone to go and see Mark at Everlasting Monument for any needs pertaining to your loved ones stones. Again, thank you Everlasting Monument.

    Went to this Place Dec 2022 and my family has yet to get the Headstone we paid for. My Grandma has been deceased for almost 2years and still nothing. He said it’s because of Covid. But we called to other Businesses and they all said the same. That’s not true it’s normally 6-9months. I wish we Read reviews before going here. But if you don’t listen to anything else. Please Listen when I say DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WHITE MAN!!! He seems caring but you sit and talk to him he doesn’t give eye contact all he wants is for you sign papers. He’s playing a Nasty Game and GOD don’t like ugly!! 2 years SMH. Money make people do devilish things!

    These people haven't put my father stone on his grave sight yet. It now has been 6 months and they just sit there answering phones but won't get the problem solved.

    They are a nice and concerned until their customers make their last payment on their markers. My father bought two plots. They laid the tombstone crooked. Whe. I told them it was crooked. They gave the run around and even hung up the phone in my face. They received almost 4 grand for the tombstone. They are very rude and dont show any compassion. They just think about getting your money. They dont show compassion and having a business which deals with bereaving familes. You should have empathy, sympathy, and compassion!!! Point blank!
