The ladies and docs In MAU are wonderful and very nice, it’s a hospital so of course the time getting in and out isn’t super quick but they were wonderful which made the visit a lot easier. I want to give them their props.

Honestly, after the bad reviews I’m scared to even deliver here !! I’m so glad I looks into reviews at hospitals before me giving birth, I’ll rather drive 3 hrs back where I’m from to deliver my baby before I deliver here!!! These hospitals hires anybody & have students that don’t know what they are doing working on patients smh !

If I could give 0 stars I would ! I went to the Moses Cone and I received terrible services ! The midwife wasn’t knowledgeable ( Shay Payne )and I don’t feel that they advocated the health of my baby . I told them after 2 hours of sitting in the waiting room that I felt like I had the flu and they tested me for Covid and that was positive. No doctor even pulled out a stethoscope to hear my heart or lungs knowing that I’d been diagnosed with a respiratory sickness and that I’m carrying. She couldn’t even answer my questions about possible effects it could have on my baby currently or long term !

Do not bother going here. 2 hours just a for a pregnancy test when they were told multiple times I had an active period. Staff from front to back is RUDE. They have a PA, and she is truly clueless. Not sure what she does other than tell patient it’s above her pay grade to diagnose. Better off going somewhere else promise you that! Save you some hours!
