  My baby was very happy while attending the daycare. They provide excellent staff to support my child and I would definitely recommend.

  My daughter who is on the spectrum had been at this center since she was 3 years old. The old director was amazing & really took us in. The new one who has been there a little over a year didn’t take well to my daughter and it showed. She often rejected my child after meltdowns as I was told from a former employee. She would always tell me negative things about my daughter as well as tell me she couldn’t come to daycare some days but I still had to pay. She told me my daughter couldn’t attend her trips for summer and I fought for her to go because it was discrimination. She even left a voicemail on my phone telling my daughter she was angry over and over and my daughter screaming and crying and her not doing anything to calm her. After that she eventually got my daughter kicked out. The PreK program with 2 teachers; Jackie and Dana (they are amazing! Otherwise, the center director is not AU friendly nor is the district director. I have filed a complaint with the state as well as the American Disability Association.

  I absolutely love this childcare center and the team. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend ! I have sons ranging from toddler to school age and they’re all thriving. From the time we walk in the door, we are greeted. The energy of the teachers, asst director, up to the director is A1. One thing I love most about coming here is how I am not rushed out as a parent. My children are pretty close and our bond is tight but when I leave them here I know they’re in good hands. To add, I’ve seen major growth in my children as far as their social performance, communication skills, and comprehension. I can appreciate that especially since I don’t get as much time with them as I’d like. At one point, the fees got overwhelming so I decided to change their school. We were back a month later. The teachers are new and experienced but the staff makes a big effort to make you feel welcomed. Lastly, the director here does an amazing job with her team. She is a superwoman regardless of how her day is going. When she is around the staff is awesome and when she is not around there is no difference. She’s great!!

  My daughter has been attending Childcare Network #162 for 2 years now, and we absolutely love it! She is in the 3yr old class and her teachers, Ms. Nicole and Ms. Candace are wonderful!!
