- TMTavon MinorAug 5, 20241.0Brookdale is not a good senior living home another place that I would allow my family to resign at they're not reliable the staff hiring staff does not have good judgment they don't hire for credentials that hire for relationship and I don't think that that is fair they don't have the residence best entrance at heart money with them they should hire for credential love and personality and not their own family because it's their family other places for my family to reside in.

The food is great and the attention to detail. It has been a great choice for her. And for us the piece of mind knowing she is being taken care of.

When I first visited, the residents I spoke with were happy, pleased with the food and commented that, when needed, assistance was readily available. This, along with the extremely devoted staff, convinced me that Mom would be happy living there. So far, so good. I am relieved that Brookdale life is agreeing with her in all aspects.

She did a wonderful job of providing me with the information I needed. She was knowledgeable and very personable. The staff members I saw were all pleasant and friendly.
