The head staff keeps me updated with phone calls and emails about anything upcoming. The kids teachers; keeps me updated through the CN moments app as well. I always know what goes on throughout my kids day. Everybody is well rounded and well mannered. The place is always clean and the staff is always welcoming. Every morning is a “hey good morning! How are you” and every afternoon is a “have a great rest of your afternoon”. Couldn’t ask for a better facility.

As a first time mom I was extremely nervous about leaving my baby but the teachers quickly put my mind at ease. They answered all my questions and had no problem with me calling throughout the day to check on my daughter. Ms. Val and Ms Bonita in the infant class were amazing and they helped me along the way with new things I should be trying and what she was ready for. In the second infant class we started with Ms. Charna and Ms. Ana. I had a hard time transitioning and the teachers were very understanding and gave me updates everyday about what my daughter was doing. Several times I did unannounced visits and was very happy with what I saw. Ms. Charna left for another opportunity and Ms Tia stepped in. I know it's hard stepping into another teachers spot especially when such a high standard has been set but Ms Tia has rocked it. She hit the grown running and I have been nothing but pleased with the way the classroom has been ran. Along with Ms. Ana, Ms Tia has done so much with the kids. I get daily updates in the form of videos, pictures, and conversations so I know there is fun and learning happening in the class. Thank you Ms Tia and Ms. Ana for being such awesome teachers and loving my baby girl so much. She has definitely flourished in your class. Overall my experience at Childcare Network has been great and I look forward to my daughter being there for years to come. Thank you to all the teachers and administrators there for all you do!!!
