This daycare is unbelievably horrible I can't believe that it is actually still open. I paid over $390 and then the next Monday I asked how much did I owe. The Assistant Director stated that I had a credit of over 300 dollars which I was told by the director that I would have a credit after my next payment so that should've lasted 2 two weeks. The following Monday I was told that I owe over 300 dollars. I asked why did I owe anything if I had a credit. Tairence the AD said that it was used up. I asked how if I have a voucher and I only pay 137 dollars a week. He asked me when did I get a daycare voucher and I stated in May. He then proceeded to tell me that he didn't know what I owed and to wait four Bree the Director to tell me what I owed. I can't back the next day Friday and was told by Bree that she didn't know either and to wait until they could figure out a price. I came in Monday and get told by the new woman at the desk that my children can't come in because I haven't paid. I asked where Bree was and apparently she's hiding in her car. She comes in and tells me that they still sing know what I owed but my children can come in. She then asked to see my daycare voucher paperwork which I sent and also bank statements showing where we paid previously. We gave all this information to her and she said that she would tell me what I owed the next day. Two days later, she tells me we owe almost 400 dollars. We asking if they could be lienent and allow us to do a payment plan since we didn't get paid until the following week and they refused to work with us in anyway even though it was their fault it has escalated that much to begin with. I took my children out of this horrible daycare the next day. A week later, I call to pay the bs owed balance and I was placed on hold and then hung up on. I called back and they refused to answer my call. Nothing but childish, petty, immature people are in charge of this place. If you care about your children's care and safety didn't bring your children here. They also took inappropriate (nude from waist down) pictures of my youngest and emailed it to some random person

This is an excellent daycare! I was very impressed with the director (Tairence) and the teachers in my daughter’s class (Ms Roddy and Ms Dareon)- age 1-2 toddler class. I was very nervous about our PCS move because my baby would have to start in a new daycare after spending her entire first year at the CDC at our previous duty station. My daughter was placed in the toddler classroom since she just turned a year old. The teachers were more than reassuring that she would be in good care. They took the time to help ease her into the new classroom and adjust to the new routine. I felt at such peace of mind during the transition. The director was fantastic with allowing me to meet the teachers and speak with them before making my decision to enroll her. He really invested his time in addressing my concerns. You will be in good hands sending your babies to this center.

I would highly recommend this daycare. I did some shopping around Fayetteville, and I felt the best about this daycare--both the teachers and the administration. They were very flexible and upfront about when they could have my children in and understanding of my situation.

My child has been attending Childcare Network #109 for a little over two months and I am overjoyed at the care and attention they show my son. The staff are friendly, loving and have a compassion for teaching. My son talks about the teachers and can not wait until he can go back the next day. I am so relieved that I picked Childcare Network #109 to care for and teach my child. I highly recommend Childcare Network #109 to anyone that is looking for a fun, loving and safe place to care for your child! You will not be disappointed.
