My child got injured on her 1st and only day there. I didn’t get notified in any way. When I picked her up around the beginning of nap time I saw it. She had a huge knot on her forehead that was opened and can tell it had been bleeding. When I asked what happened no one could give me an answer. One of the teachers stated that My daughter was crying, but she could not get to her because she was changing her diaper so I asked what about the other teacher, but there was no response. Which means that my daughter was crying and nobody cared for her. I also asked to look at cameras. Corporate told me Their cameras “…DO NOT RECORD..” so who knows how many people Babies get hurt there And there’s no proof. I did ask them to take pictures throughout the day, which they did, however you can look at the pictures and you could see that my daughter was hurt around 10:30 AM. (The lady at the front desk Looked at the pictures with me)When they sent me an email of the pictures, it was without the picture they took around 10:30am, so they deleted the one that showed her being hurt and kept the rest of them. So they lie when they said that they did not know she got her and they were lying and deceitful about the pictures. I would not give them any stars, but I had to give them something so I could write the review. And looking at the pictures, you can tell there was a open wall. It did not show how large the knot was because of the angle that I took the pictures, it shows better on the video, but Im not seeing any option for video just pictures.

My son has been attending bright babies since he was 12 weeks old and we have had a wonderful experience! My little man absolutely loves his teachers and I can tell they adore him too! His smiles at drop-off are just as wide as they are during pick-up. The daily curriculum is also fantastic and I can tell he’s getting so much enrichment. Lastly - I was SO worried about being sick 24/7 once we started daycare. Our son has had the sniffles a few times, but we haven’t been sick as a family even once yet. Cleanliness is clearly a priority and the baby room isn’t overcrowded. I highly recommend Childcare Network for new parents! They’ll take great care of your little one.

Child Care Network is very organized. Emails are sent out on the daily activities for the children. Both my daughters attended. Madison Summers was the best daycare teacher that My daughters ever had. She’s always smiling always happy, always dressed appropriate. I’m funny about how people dress and carry themselves around my babies. She’s patient kind, I mean everything you could want in someone watching your baby. I never worry when she’s on Matisons care ever. She’s so great. Tristan also is very organized and calm. Thank you all so much for watching and loving my daughter. It was a short time but you all made it so good. Thank you.

My daughter has been attending childcare network for over 2 years. I had to return to work after being a stay at home mom and everyone at the facility made the transition easy on both of us. All the teachers have been wonderful and if there is ever a problem they have been eager to listen and very willing to work with me. I would highly recommend this school to other parents.

Both of my boys go to Childcare Network (297) in Elon and they love it! The staff is great; Brittany, David, Amber... and so many more, go out of their way to make all of the kids feel comfortable. Caroline and Lesley both make sure everything is running smoothly. They communicate relatively well, considering the chaotic environment. It's a great place to get your kids ready for school and the structure that comes with it.
