I called this facility and spoke with a Maxine and then a Tammy, who scheduled a tour for today with the Director. We get there and everyone is rather nonchalant. We were told that the Director is was in an emergency meeting. We NEVER received a phone from anyone at the daycare to reschedule the appointment. We were told by Ashley at the daycare that the Director, Yvonne Reese will reach out to us. I asked would that be with a phone call and Ashley states it will be via email. I advised that we were scheduled for a tour. Ashley went into the Director’s office and never came back out. I left. Plus there was one child that kept crying the whole time we were there. They are unprofessional and extremely too nonchalant for me to be watching my grandchild. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I highly recommend Childcare Network, Ms. Yvonne and her team. Her love, support and dedication for her students, and parents is top tier and appreciated. You really feel like you’re walking into a real home full of love and joy and as a grandparent this is much needed. During the tour, Ms. Yvonne was very knowledgeable on all of my questions and you can tell the passion she has for her families. She praises her team a lot and how amazing they are. I want to praise her for the leadership she has over this school. I truly hope the leaders of this company truly understand the jewel they have as a leader.

I am SO thankful for this school and all of the awesome teachers who work here!! My daughter loves her school and her teachers! They are always so patient and willing to hear me out when I have 100 questions for them! Without the wrap around program I don’t know how I would have made it all work, and I am so thankful that they are always willing to help when they can and always so understanding! It feels like every teacher in the building knows my child and she loves them all!

The director Ashby Hope is very rude and unprofessional. I came in to pick up my niece and she didn't recognize me. I tried giving her my ID several times and she wouldn't take it, she decided to walk me from different rooms asking teachers "if they recognized this individual" and I still tried to give her my ID and even offered to call her parents but she said no and continued to walk me from room to room. She eventually took my ID and then said "she was marked off the list but she can take her today only" .If I was marked off the list why would you allow me to take this child???? I signed my niece out and left. I feel that she was extremely rude and unprofessional and it's very unsettling to know that I had been marked off a pickup list but still able to pick this child up. The parents got everything in order and I wasn't marked off any list she was just giving me a hard time as she does with many new faces that come into this daycare. She should be fired or trained properly on how to interact with people and also never allow someone to pick up a child if THEY AREN'T SUPPOSED TO!!!
