Jovie really cares about who they send to your home and they ensure that both you and the caregiver is comfortable. Whenever I have had a problem, because it happens, they have acted immediately and professionally. They try very hard to align your top caregivers and schedules whenever possible, which my baby appreciates. i also receive a nice report card of what was done that day. I highly recommend working with them and the fantastic caregiving team they have.

Brianna was very professional and respectful of my home and time. My child had an amazing time with her dancing, playing, and riding her bike outside. I would definitely recommend Jovie’s services as well as Brianna O.
