  Our first year here was a bit of a rocky start, but the positive changes over the past year have been truly remarkable. Since Ms Jay stepped into the role of assistant director, staffing is now where it needs to be, communication has improved, & the overall atmosphere is stable & supportive. Plus she’s tons of fun! Our kids love their teacher, Ms Anitha. She plans engaging crafts & activities, makes sure they get outside to play, & nurtures their love of “reading.” Oh, & shares photos with us to boot! It’s obvious how much care & thought she puts into their days. Ms Sonya has also been a wonderful addition as director, helping reinforce the positive momentum we’re seeing across the school. Special shoutouts to Ms Johnny & Ms Davis as well, who treat our kids like family! We feel lucky to know our kids are spending their days in such a warm, enriching environment.

  Finding the right daycare for my son was a long and frustrating process. We needed a place that met all of our needs; financially, transportation, location, activities, nutrition, and overall atmosphere. After visiting many options without success, I discovered Childcare Network in the SouthPark area, and it was s game-changer. From my very first phone call with Miss J, I felt reassured. She was patient, professional, and answered all of my questions thoroughly before scheduling a tour. During the tour, Miss Jonnie even stayed late so my son's father could see the facility, which meant so much to us. The registration process was clear, quick and organized. My son's teacher, Miss C, was amazing, highly engaged, and genuinely passionate about helping the children grow. The staff welcomed our family warmly and even encouraged me to contribute to summer activities, which made us feel like part of the community. Throughout our time here, any issues were handled promptly and with care. I especially appreciated how seriously they prioritized my child's safety, such as ensuring he was safely dropped off from the afternoon school bus. When I faced financial challenges, they were supportive, working with me to find solutions. Both the Director, Miss Sonia, and Assistant Director, Miss J, communicated with empathy and professionalism every step of the way. This is my son's fourth daycare since infancy (he is 8 now), and by far the best fit for us. It's close to home, in a great area, and fosters a caring, positive environment. I would definitely recommend Childcare Network to anyone looking for quality childcare. While challenges can happen anywhere, here they are handled with love and professionalism. Thank you to the entire staff for providing exceptional care and peace of mind as I entrust you with my most prized possession!

  We have absolutely loved having our son in the infant room. Ms J & Ms D are both the sweetest and we know he’s being so well taken care of because everyday we bring him in, he has the biggest smile for all the ladies. We really like the app with updates & photos to keep us up to date on what our son is doing throughout the day. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you Ms J & Ms D!

  My son has Autism and went to this day care for over 7 years. Sometimes he had behavioral problems associated with his condition. Leah and Fallon which were previous directors were always very understanding and worked with us to overcome many obstacles. However, the new director Carole, expelled him from the day care after only a few months of knowing him. She is definitely a very mean person. She was rude and did not consider for one second that my son went to that day care for so many years. She also knew that I am a single mother and did not even give me a week to try to find another day care for him. I would definitely did not recommend this place. I guess things happen for a reason because I wouldn't like my son to be part of a day care that is directed by a ruthless person and ignorant to kids with disabilities/problems.

  My children have been going to this child care network since my daughter ws 3 and my son been here since he was 6 weeks old and they have been an excellent help to me .They have taught my daughter so much she is now 11 and she loves her teachers in the school age room. They are very kind and helpful with her, and her growing thought this time in her life. My son is now 5 and he loves coming here everyday he even get up on the weekend and ask if her is going to school, i have to tell him that school is close. The director is very nice and wonderful with the kids and parents. I have talk to other parents and they all seem to love her. My kids are learning alot thought out the day here i just love it here i would not want to put them anywhere else . Its very affordable for me and my family !!!
