  I went here for a tour around the beginning of September and was told that there would be a waitlist for my little ones. They said it would be around the beginning of November when they’d have a spot for them. I started calling to check on the status of their position around the end of October and the call would always go through to voicemail. I still consistently called for weeks after until almost the end of November and still, no one had returned my calls or emailed me to update me on their position. I’m not sure why there is a lack of communication, but it can be seen as unprofessional. In the time I was waiting for spots for them that seemed secure at the moment, I could have been looking for them to go to another center. It is now December 2, and still no word, but I’m getting promotional emails from this centers location. Besides that, on my tour the center seemed lovely. Was very nice and a pretty big center. But unless you’re willing to go here in person to check the status of your children’s waitlist position every time you need to know, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

  As a grandfather of a child that goes to the daycare, I can honestly say they new crew takes their time to care for him. They teach him and allow him to open up and develop him self with his school mates. Keep up the good work with these children

  My daughter attended here from 3 months old untl 4 years old. We love it! She enjoyed school and made wonderful friends here. The teachers are great and really care about the kids. Our second child that will be born in January will be attending here as well!

  Not a safe environment. If zero stars could be given, then that is what would be given. Director states that she still runs as a "ma and pop" daycare rather than the corporate way that she is supposed to. Watched a teacher physically place her hands on the shoulders of a child to push back in a chair as she yelled at him for not listening. Did the directors do anything? No. They do not take care of the needs for potty time. They leave the front door open for anyone to come in, when it should be shut for a code to be used for safety of children. Never answer the phone, and more than half the time never have anyone sitting at the front to monitor safety of the building. Ratios are completely off. Staff is not credentialed or certified per state regulations. Inappropriate conversations are done in front of parents and children.
