To whom it may concern your center in Weaverville nc is always under staffed an sends messages to parents not to bring the children they don't have staff but yet still charging parents an or state for the children been there but when in fact said children are at home with a loved one which in my opinion is kinda like fraudulent charges and then when you pick said children up they are extremely thirsty and dependent on staff that day sent home with dirty diaper then childcare Network on sardis rd takes children outside in 91 degree weather with no drink and children also sent home in dirty diapers and extremely thirsty an same issue short staffed and telling parents to keep children home but yet still charging parents an or state when children are not in building that's very very wrong most parents are struggling to make ends meet an instead of you as a company helping yall are part of the problem but parents has no choice but to pay because they have to work you all should be ashamed of yourselves as a company i would be embarrassed if it was my company doing this to struggling families in your own communities do better

I would not and will not send my child to any of the Childcare networks. They’re all about the cash grab.
We have a family friend whose son had his leg broken at this Childcare Network center due to teacher neglect. It was at the end of the day, he was maybe 1 1/2, and they moved him into another room with mostly older kids. The teacher had the table up on its side to clean under it, and it fell on him and broke his leg. I’ve worked in many childcare settings with children of different ages for different companies and I’ve never put a table up on its side with children in the room.

My son has gone to the Weaverville Rd Childcare Network for almost 2 years now and I can't say enough about how wonderful their staff is and the level of care that they show each child. I know my son is in excellent hands when I drop him off there and he is always a happy boy when I pick him up.
