- HHHalwa HalwaSep 22, 20252.0Well so far I can't even get ahold of the intake dept. I've been calling for the past month leaving messages and haven't gotten any calls back. I also have tried to get ahold of the front desk and know one ever picks up. I finally after weeks of calling got ahold of the front desk this morning, and the person was rude to me after I expressed my concern about not being able to get ahold of the intake dept. When I showed up in person they said that their community had a covid outbreak but they didn't supply any masks before entering their facility. Even though I've heard positive things about this community, based upon my experience with them, I don't think I would even give them a chance.

The last one died in 2005 and I recently visited a friend in rehab and the people in that place remembered me after 10 years!!!!! UNREAL! Our parents received the greatest care and we appreciate all who attended them. All people were kind, caring and compassionate in every situation. We are fortunate to have Aston Park Health Care Center here in Asheville, North Carolina! THANK YOU! Jane Lovin
