  I've been renting from Tammarack Property MGT. for a little over 8years and it miserable . Bella who runs the place no personality and very rude . They refuse to answer the door during business hours or there phone . I left a message at the front desk that my celling was leaking and they responded a week later. Maintance a week later Wrapped a towel around a pipe that was still dripping and left never returned . Was told i had to put in a work order to fix the mess they left . Ive also had my rent increase three hundred dollars over two years. slum lord

  In addition to constant turnover of office staff, property managers, maintenance staff, and maintenance managers, Tamarack Property Management consistently fails to provide tenants written or verbal notices before entering rental units for maintenance or apartment unit inspections. They get away with it by vehement denial, and gaslighting tenants that 24-hour notices were posted and and then they simultaneously threaten tenants with breach of contract or lease and threaten the tenant with eviction. Toxic, illegal fear tactics are used by Tamarack Property Management consistently. Failing to provide tenants at least 24 hours' written or verbal notice before entering a rental unit for maintenance or inspections, unless it is an emergency is a violation of tenant rights. It's also considered harassment under Montana Law: Montana Code Annotated (MCA) 70-33-312 outlines the rules regarding landlord entry.

  This company is derelict. Do not, I repeat, do not hire this company they will ignore you and have a million excuses for the lack of response to the needs and upkeep of your property. I can not say it strongly enough DO NOT HIRE THEM!

  Tamarack Property Management is an utter disaster. In four years they’ve gone through at least 6 property managers. They are consistently rude, dismissive and condescending. Customer service and people skills are severely lacking. Maintenance and other issues are routinely swept under the rug. The complex I live in is rapidly falling into disrepair. Beware reporting maintenance problems as it is likely they will imply that you caused the problem whether knowingly or unknowingly and then expect you to be greatful that they aren’t going to charge you for unproven negligence. Be advised and be careful.

  They actively post houses that are NOT available, and they have a generic wait list from 1 month to a year. It's insane they'd post "available houses" when they know they're not available, they can't even house all the people that apply!
