- LCLashawnda CloudyApr 7, 20215.0This company! They have it! My grammy is there and I seriously have no complaints! The staff (GREAT!) Coordinator (AWESOME!) Food (IMPRESSIVE!) Care (OUTSTANDING!). I can’t think of anything bad to say. My family and I are very impressed. We moved grammy there from another facility and I can honestly say they have made this transition almost delightful. The care staff made grammy feel like she was home. She has friends she can socialize with now, so cool! I’m so happy we found this place. Wish I had known about them sooner.

They eased my mind and my grandmother’s. They offer different programs, the facility was clean and updated. I highly recommend this location.

- PKPatty KindermanMar 10, 20211.0My mom moved in in Sept 2020, middle of the pandemic. We were not allowed in and they assured us they would unpack her things. When we were allowed in because she was in hospice we saw that half her things were still in boxes and the box containing plates, cups, utensils was just gone. She didn't even have a single cup or mug. The communication was horrible. I could never reach her and I would leave my name and number with the staff and ask them to help her call me and never got a call. She was evaluated as assisted living but after 2 days they upped her to memory care at a substantial price increase . Anyone looking go for an all inclusive. The prices skyrocket. Not a great place for your loved ones.
