The staff has consistently shown kindness and warmth, both to me and my daughter, which really eases my mind while I’m at work. I appreciate the Lillio app they use, it provides daily updates on my child's progress and any changes happening within the center, which helps me feel connected throughout the day. Kim, the director, is easygoing and is always present, which is reassuring. Collin Mingo, the Executive Director, is incredibly supportive and genuinely works with parents to address any concerns. Overall, my experience has been very positive, and I’m grateful for the care and attention my daughter receives.

The new director, Kim, is so kind, welcoming, and makes us feel like family. We receive frequent updates throughout the day, which is so comforting to see. - DEDaniel EndresAug 16, 20221.0Things I personally witnessed.. small children on a playground running around with no staff interactions because the staff was sitting together texting on their phones..and at a Christmas program a staff member jerked a 2 year old up by his arm and dragged him and another staff member had to tell her to stop when she realized what was going on. Our child would get diaper rashes so bad he could not sit down because he was in so much pain even though we sent more than enough diapers every week. After a number of these rash episodes we left vowing to never return. The GREAT members were Chelsea . Katie.. and Mya ..
