At The Goddard School located in O'Fallon (Dardenne Prairie), we're more than just a daycare. The Goddard School is a private preschool, offering childcare to infants and toddlers to pre-k. Our programs are designed to nurture each child's curiosity in a safe and caring environment.
We love The Goddard School (O’Fallon). Our family has sent all three of our kids there and I couldn’t imagine my youngest currently being anywhere else. They are family. A huge majority of the teachers have been there throughout our journey and I know how unusual (and important!) that is for a daycare/school. There is a reason. They’re special. If you’re looking for someone to love and care for your child, to educate, to have creative fun, reach out to them. You’ll be so happy you did.

There are not enough words to express how wonderful this school is. All three of our children have gone (or are going) to school here for preschool, pre-k and junior kindergarten. And even with an almost 8 year age gap between our oldest and youngest, they have the opportunity to have all the same teachers. A low teacher turnover rate like that speaks volumes to what kind of wonderful people the directors are, and the teachers are just phenomenal. Our two kids that have graduated and moved on to grade school had such an easy transition because of how much they learned (both personally and academically) at Goddard.
They have always treated us like family, not just another client. When our middle child had a big health scare as a newborn they offered to bring us food to the NICU. When two high risk pregnancies made pick ups and drop offs difficult they went above and beyond assisting me in getting the kids to and from their classrooms. They got to know my kids on a personal level and taught them skills beyond the classroom, like self confidence and pride, to really help them flourish. And they really build a community with the school families through their special events and overall school culture.
I really cannot say enough good things about Goddard O’Fallon. I will forever be grateful for the role they’ve played in the lives of our children.

The Goddard school in Winghaven is an amazing place for little ones to grow, thrive and learn! My girls both have gone to Goddard since they were babies, and they both love it. The teachers and staff care so much about each student, and take the time to get to know them individually.

We knew we wanted to find a place for our 3½-year-old triplets where there would be a strong focus on their development and where we could feel confident they were in great hands. We found exactly that at The Goddard School!
The staff, especially Erin and Ashley, are so friendly and welcoming, and the owner, Corey, is absolutely wonderful.
Our kids’ main teacher, Courtney, is incredible- she’s caring, patient, and has such a thoughtful curriculum. Gabby is so sweet and always makes our little ones feel comfortable and excited to come to school.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience and are so thankful to have found such a nurturing, engaging environment for our kids!

What is a typical day at The Goddard School like?
In each classroom, we provide hands-on, playful, child-centered learning experiences that vary based on the children’s levels of development. Teachers help children grow into happy, healthy, intelligent little humans who are ready to take on the world around them.
For infants, we follow the care schedule set by your family and utilize personal care moments to connect with and expand your little one’s individual development. Our teachers also incorporate songs, finger play, books and sensory and physical exploration each day.
Our busy toddlers flex their independence as they learn to walk, talk and safely explore the world around them. Their curiosity and interests drive the classroom structure.
In our preschool and pre-k classrooms, we add more school preparation and readiness by focusing on academic skills as well as interpersonal and collaboration skills. Teachers support children as they investigate the world around them. Children learn how to ask and answer questions, work with others, navigate social situations and understand and communicate their own thoughts and feelings.
Our teachers expertly create supportive classrooms for all children to safely learn and test new social, academic and physical skills throughout a typical routine that includes morning and afternoon snack time, lunch, naptime, exploration time, small and large group experiences and outdoor play.
