- TWTaylor Wilson6 days ago5.0My daughter loves coming to school! The teachers and staff are so nice and welcoming! Well organized and love they start kids on phonics to help prep for kindergarten. The teachers here love their students, I’ve even seen some at birthday parties. You can tell the staff really cares about the families and kiddos. I wouldn’t want to take my daughter anywhere else!
- MMMag Ma6 days ago5.0Goddard is the little kiddo place to be! Our family has already had one child go through preschool and pre-k, and now our second is growing in their preschool program. My older kid still enjoys visiting some days because the staff are always warm and ready for an hug. They have proven to be helpful with all of our needs, caring, and still giving more all year with their fun-spirited community. They are continuously finding ways for families to join their kids’ learning environment. And i will add, we have seen the same staff for many years which is sign that this place has communication and community down. Abby Hendren has been a blessing to our family, as well as Laura, Brandy, Tara, Jordan, Tiffany, Steve, Kelsie, and the list goes on. We always see friendly familiar faces. We highly recommend Goddard for a safe, well-organized, and bright school for early learning years. So do my kiddos!
- HLHannah LSep 20, 20255.0If you want somewhere that your child is going to feel unconditionally loved as if they were each staff-members' own child, then this is where you want to be... while we can all agree that childcare is expensive regardless of where you go, this school earns every penny; if it could be afforded in today's time, I would venture to say they deserve more. Ms Abby does a superb job in carefully selecting her teachers and staff, and it SHOWS! From "the office" to "the lunch people" and back again to the teachers, the peace of mind you get is priceless. After some hiccups a couple other places that left me feeling uneasy, I can't express my gratitude enough that I was able to drop off my child without feeling anxious or a doubt in my mind he was being tended to and taught daily curriculum. The fact that he was EXCITED to go to school and make his rounds of hugs to all of the adults before going to greet his friends... blessed 🙏🥲 ...I'm heartbroken we had to leave, if we didn't have to move due to unforeseen circumstances, we'd still be there. 15/10 DO RECOMMEND... we love you guys 🫶

Our favorite part is the peace of mind we get knowing our kids are always safe and cared for. Every staff member knows us and our kids by name, which makes the school feel like a true community. Our oldest has even made “best friends” here and genuinely looks forward to going to school each day, which says so much about the environment. The teachers are warm, attentive, and invested in our children’s growth, both academically and socially. As parents, having that level of trust and connection means the world to us. We’re so grateful for the amazing team at Goddard and would highly recommend them to any family!

Yes, The Goddard School® is an early learning institution that focuses on the social, emotional, physical and academic development of children from infancy to pre-k. Our highly trained and motivated faculty develop experiential lesson plans for all age groups that reflect the skills, abilities and interests of the children in each classroom.

What is a typical day at The Goddard School like?
In each classroom, we provide hands-on, playful, child-centered learning experiences that vary based on the children’s levels of development. Teachers help children grow into happy, healthy, intelligent little humans who are ready to take on the world around them.
For infants, we follow the care schedule set by your family and utilize personal care moments to connect with and expand your little one’s individual development. Our teachers also incorporate songs, finger play, books and sensory and physical exploration each day.
Our busy toddlers flex their independence as they learn to walk, talk and safely explore the world around them. Their curiosity and interests drive the classroom structure.
In our preschool and pre-k classrooms, we add more school preparation and readiness by focusing on academic skills as well as interpersonal and collaboration skills. Teachers support children as they investigate the world around them. Children learn how to ask and answer questions, work with others, navigate social situations and understand and communicate their own thoughts and feelings.
Our teachers expertly create supportive classrooms for all children to safely learn and test new social, academic and physical skills throughout a typical routine that includes morning and afternoon snack time, lunch, naptime, exploration time, small and large group experiences and outdoor play.
What types of qualifications do Goddard School teachers and caregivers have?
Our experienced Goddard School teachers meet all state and/or local regulations and have access to continuous training provided by their state and our own Goddard University. We train teachers on a regular basis in health and safety regulations, education standards and more.
Can any of the families in the School opt out of vaccinating their children?
In many states, children who are not vaccinated because of exemptions based on medical condition or sincerely held religious beliefs attend The Goddard Schools. If your child is not vaccinated, please contact the owner of The Goddard School to inquire as to whether exemptions may apply as not all exemptions are recognized in every state. To ensure the health and safety of everyone, if an outbreak occurs and a child has not been vaccinated, they will be asked to stay at home.
What supplies do I need to provide for my child?
Please provide any necessary personal care supplies for your little one, such as diapers, wipes, a change of clothing and naptime bedding. For infants, please supply a crib sheet. For toddlers and older children please bring a blanket and/or sleeping bag. Many of our locations also ask that you pack lunch for your child each day.
