- IIiaofeh iushfJan 7, 20231.0my girlfriend came home sobbing because of the way one of their “professionals” spoke to her on the phone while she was at work. i recommend brookdale reevaluate who they have answering their phones and making calls, their current team will throw tantrums and scream at 21 year old receptionists over not being able to reach someone on the phone. ridiculous. her and i both know a good deal about senior care and would recommend you consider any other option before BrookFail, their staff doesn’t care at all. they’re heartless. they’re toddlers in adult bodies. that’s not what you want for your loved one, right?
