- CGConnie GrayOct 15, 20255.0Lenoir Woods has been my saving grace for the past 6 years. I was fortunate to be able to move to Lenoir when my husband became ill and I was unable to care for him. I moved him to the care center and I was able to procure an apartment in independent living. The atmosphere here is so wonderful and the residents and staff are just amazing. I am so blessed to call this my home.
- LWLindsey WardMar 22, 20231.0I never write reviews however I needed to warn anyone who has a loved one heading to REACH. The unit is terribly understaffed and overwhelmed. My loved one continued to endure a lack of attentiveness and appropriate care which led to constant agonizing pain and bedsores until their passing. I should have hotlined but wanted to honor my loved ones wishes to not complain. There are a few there who truly care and some who absolutely do not. If you MUST endure care at REACH, please check on your loved one as often as possible to ensure adequate care is being provided.
