A wonderful place for my parents. All of the staff I've met have been so kind and caring. Delicious meal options and the many activities for residents truly make it feel like home. The building is well maintained inside and out. Would highly recommend for families considering a move for aging parents.

Do not bring your loved one here. My grandfather has been wasting away at this "facility" being abused by neglectful, untrained staff. They have 2 staff members for 20 residents. They're not even nurses. They're "aides". Every time I visit, varying hours of the day, the "aides" are lounging at their "station" on their phones. On the weekends, my grandfather lays in his bed, all day, completely soiled, for hours until my mom finds him in the afternoon after work and has to change him herself. This is every day on the weekends. My mom has been there every weekend for 3 years and nothing has changed. He falls all the time. Nurses will come in, find him on the literal floor, and literally sigh and walk out the door. We have it on tape. We have hundreds of videos of this. He's covered in cuts, bruises, blisters, fecal matter, urine until (you guessed it) my mom comes to change and bathe him. He is being abused, neglected, and he is completely and utterly unsafe. They've drained all the money in his bank for this royal treatment, too. That's all they care about. Management knows all of this. 100% all of it. And every time there is abuse, they give a typical "Thank you for bringing this to our attention" BS response. My grandpa is on hospice. He's fallen 8 times within a week. 5 times within 24 hours. No hospice call. He's lost 17 pounds in 2 months. He'll go all day without breakfast or dinner. An "aide" will come into his room, ask if he's hungry and he may say "no" or simply not respond (he's NINETY with DEMENTIA) and the "nurse" will shrug and walk off. They'll say "he refused". Same with medication-- "he refused". Again, NINETY with DEMENTIA. Every day. My grandpa is unsafe. He is dehydrated, starving, and neglected. The people whose sole job is to keep this man safe are NOT doing that. My grandpa has friends at this facility. We fear for their health and safety, too. All they care about is their $11,000 a month. Do. Not. Bring. Your. Loved. One. Here. It will be the beginning of a heartbreaking, painful, and lonely end.

My mother has been here for one year. I would highly recommend anyone with a loved one checks up on them. My mom has a terrible UTI, which they knew over a week ago. Her room was disgusting, feces all over bathroom, food in carpet, 2 weeks of dishes laying around. My mom was crawling around naked. Everytime we called, they would say she is doing great. Apparently, abuse and unsanitary conditions are not new. We have filed a report with MN. For 10,000 a month, this is what you get. Lies and horrendous conditions. If you love your LO's don't put them here.
