I always ask sitters about the training and management, because the sitters are consistently gracious, professional, delightful caregivers and excellent communicators. They come to the house ready for high energy and low energy moments, and the children almost always respond as though they are long time family friends rather than strangers.

We have used them for summer nannies the past 3 summers and sitters for the past 6 years or so. I love that the nannies and sitters are legally employed by the company so we don't have to worry about payroll, employee taxes, etc. They even have an app with available sitters that have been trained by the company. When one is not available at the time my wife and I need, we simply click on "Not seeing what you are looking for" with our request and they get right back to us to fill our request. We use their sitter service about 1 to 3 times per month. We have used about 15 different sitters with them over the years and never been disappointed. Similar professional experience every time.
