- JDJeff DonnellyJun 16, 20255.0In May of 2020, we were able to get my mom, who needed a more supportive living environment, into assisted living care at Timber Hills in Inver Grove Heights. It was one of the best moves that our family has ever made. There are so many regularly scheduled activities that she is able to participate in – bingo, movies, concerts, and many other special events – that it keeps you schedule filled throughout the week. They also have a well-equipped, senior-designed exercise / workout room that Mom takes advantage of daily. They have on-site hair salon that Mom takes advantage of regularly. She looks forward to sharing three good meals each day with friends who are also residents at TH. We are also thankful for the spiritual focus of Timber Hills. Mom can participate every Sunday in on-site worship (she likes the minister because he is always “enthusiastic”) in addition to weekly “Heart-to-Heart” prayer group meetings and special Bible studies throughout the week. The care team there is exceptional – they truly do care. Our family gives “thanks” daily for the entire team as Timber Hills.
