- BTBarb TiggemannSep 23, 20182.0Visiting my Mom today, Sunday, I was a little disheartened by seeing the staff a lot of times on their phones. This is not the first time I have noticed on my visits. At noon meal, a staff person was on her phone at one of the tables. Food was served but no water or coffee poured, they had to ask. After taking my Mom for a walk and back to her room, a staff person was sitting in a lounge chair with her shoes off, feet on the chair and on her phone. It just seems very unprofessional. I hope at the next employee meeting there is discussion about phone use etc.
