Mom wanted nothing to do with moving, but now she can't say enough wonderful things about Founders Ridge. Every employee we have encountered has been outstanding. The "service level from the heart "is absolutely 5-Star!. You can be as busy as you want with the wonderful activities and amenities provided. The food quality and presentation at The Bistro and restaurant are excellent. The transition to Founders Ridge for my mom couldn't have gone better!! We highly recommend Founder Ridge!

I get short staffing but the care my loved one has received is not excusable for the amount of money she pays to live there. Pay your staff more and hire people who care. If you’re looking for memory care for your loved one, look elsewhere until changes have been made. Very sad and disappointed.
