I went back and forth with considering the options and settled with American House Venoy. The staff are amazing and genuinely treat the residents as their family. My grandfather is now able to have some independence with his own space yet the assistance he requires. He is able to socialize with the other residents and seems much happier. The staff are patient with him and communicate well with me. Although the choice to move him from his independent home was hard, after seeing how well he is doing with the support from American House Venoy, my only regret is not moving him sooner.

I am trying to provide additional assistance for Tamsen to enhance her living at American House Venoy. As I am in California, I find I need help in completing the assistance. My calls to Venoy House have always been received with optimism and support by their staff. With American House Venoy's support and ideas, we have been able to meet Tamsen's needs.
