- JJJayApr 23, 20241.0A beautiful facility but unfortunately the new management taking place is creating a toxic environment for some of the best staff members who have made this place feel like home for the residents. It is a shame that those in superior position such as Michelle and her colleagues abuse their power and mistreat the workers who commit and dedicate their time, energy and even their own resources for the betterment of the elderly living here. More turn over of staff than your local mcdonald’s has and their is reason for that when leadership responsibilities are not equally shared and an effort to improve positive relationships. Sad to see many elderly moving out. Clean and brand new facility with so much potential if it were in better hands of leadership/ownership. my loved one was constantly approached to join hospice when in reality their was no apparent need for it. This seems to me very sketchy as they still do not have a nurse hired and cannot seem to keep one hired. The receptionist is always so friendly and approachable. The acitivies coordinator goes above and beyond to provide a friendly and welcoming environment during activities/events! i have the utmost respect for those who put their heart into this place that often gets missed and mistreated by management as is visible.
