I called to get some basic info and all they wanted to talk about was my father's finances and whether or not he owned his own home so it could be sold to cover costs. These people are VULTURES.
- TKTam KMay 6, 20181.0Theycwill tell you anything to get you to move in. Was told weekly cleaning was inclued. My mom was there for 5 weeks and no one showed up to clean. Complained to the front desk and they said they only clean once a month. A few days later a cleaning person came with nasty, smelly, dirty mop water. Was there 5 minutes and left. Was told they had a deli if she wanted lunch and it was inclusive. Not a deli. More like a small snack bar with only a choice of two sandwiches, chips, Nsd soda and you have to pay. Woke up from a nap with a man in her room. Turned out he was the maintenance man and he let himself into the wrong room. Scared her half to death. They lost the rent check I gave them and threatened to kick her out and harassed her. I had to take time off work to go there. When I got there they told me they found my check. Never apologized for anything. Got my mom out of there asap. So much more to say... not enough space...
