Since 2018, we’ve been serving the needs of individuals who value their independence but need assistance with daily living. Our services include medication management, transportation, housekeeping, bathing, dressing, and more. We also offer in-house physical and occupational therapies as well as respite and hospice care. Our facility includes a large memory care unit where we provide services focused firmly on the individual. We aim to create a safe and stimulating environment for those with dementia—including its most common form, Alzheimer's disease. Meridian Acres’ Memory Care Unit provides a separate, comfortable, and secure environment for those in need of memory care. At Meridian Acres, we are a family-oriented facility.
