  Excellent doctors and staff!! I have only had great experiences here and have brought my kids here for 20 years. All are always patient and knowledgeable!

  I'm honestly shocked by the bad reviews here because our experience with Bronson LakeView has been amazing. The front desk staff is always friendly when we arrive, are super helpful on the phone and during check in/out. We take our 10 month old to see Dr. Croy and she is absolutely wonderful. She (and all the nurses, etc) are great with kids, very informative, and talk through options with you. We never feel forced one way or the other when making care decisions and love feeling like we have someone to truly "talk it out" with. I can't recommend this office enough!

  Waited over 30 minutes for a flu shot! Nope.... not worth it!

  Front desk workers are extremely rude. I drove 45 minutes each way for over 2 years. I have transferred my son's care else where, due to attitudes and unprofessionalism by majority of staff. I wouldn't recommend coming here.

  Dr Kavanaugh from Lakeview Pediatrics is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever known. He’s kind, compassionate, treats my children like they’re his family, takes the time to listen to your concerns, very knowledgeable but also respects your wishes in the care of your child. I wish there were more doctors like him!!
