  Stephanie shinabery had me feeling unheard the whole visit reported fall and safety concerns were minimized and not accurately reflected in documentation. Left feeling worse than I did going in quite literally go to any other doctor in this facility.

  I researched when I got to PawPaw looking for great doctors. I found Bronson Lakeview Internal Medicine. I enjoy the professionalism of all who work here. If they can't help you at a last minute cold or other situation the nurses get you into see someone else in the building whenever possible. Communication and patience I believe is key here. I'm well taken care of here and I appreciate that. I know several patients that also go here and I hear that they are satisfied.

  I have called Dr. Blitz office for 3 days after going to er. For severe reactions to a med he put me on. Causes severe back pain and hat I've had for a week now. I left messages and called many many times, but even called Saturday to try to get on call Dr., It just hangs up on me.

  Probably depends on which doctor you go to. My doctor and nurse is fantastic. Beautiful facilities. Only slight is the staff at check-in/out. Professionalism and knowledge is lacking.
