From the nurses and kitchen staff to the admin and management, they truly cared for my mother, Janet, and went the extra mile especially with special requests. Every last one is exceptional! They are so kind and helpful, it’s like they are all extensions of my own family. They all work as a team to take care of the residents far beyond what I was expecting. My parents are made to feel special as I’m sure everyone is. The care giver jobs are not easy I’m sure, especially with all the different personalities and aging mind status of so many. These people are true angels who are called to this job and love what they do. It’s so obvious by their smiling faces and positive attitudes. My brother and I are beyond thankful to this place and these wonderful people who take such good care of my parents. If you are lucky enough to get a spot at Victorian Pines, don’t pass it up.

They take great pride in their jobs. This facility has 3 extra special employees. I want to personally thank : CAT ASHLEY HAILEE These 3 ladies have a Commitment to Excellence. They are highly professional, considerate, patient and kind. My Mother in Law is treated so well, the family does not have to worry. You can refer your loved one's without hesitation.
