The community is attractive and very clean. The staff, to a person, has bent over backwards to make her feel comfortable, secure and cared for. They greet me like family when I walk through the front door. There are staff dedicated to activities, geared to each resident’s abilities. My mother’s care staff (including specially trained “med-techs” who meticulously manage daily medicine administration) work hard and are always willing to respond to my requests. The nursing staff is knowledgeable, gentle, and very patient with both my mom and me. I am glad I chose Sunrise Farmington Hills.
