This was our first time leaving our son with a caregiver who was not family, and from our first phone call I felt at ease with Lillian and felt she was very trustworthy. She was very knowledgable about infants, and very thorough in caring for him and overall provided excellent care to him! Beyond that she was so energetic and loving with him. I felt safe entrusting our son to her care! We hope to have her back in the future!
