When I needed help to answer one of the questions, I called back, and Veronica gave the assistance I needed, even though it was past business hours. When we arrived at the funeral home a few days later to pick up my wife's cremains, it was Veronica who greeted us. Again, she was warm, gracious, and helpful answering all our questions. I commend her kind and capable manner in handling the sensitive issues involved with the death of a loved one.
