The Goddard School was a positive and welcoming place for our son. From day one, the staff and teachers were beyond kind—there was always a warm smile and greeting every time we walked through the door, which really made it feel like a second home to my son.
My son truly enjoyed his time here and really admired his teachers. The staff was always quick to respond to emails or questions, which made communication easy and stress-free. The teachers were incredibly organized and consistently shared updates about my son’s progress, along with thoughtful suggestions on what we could work on together at home as a family.
While my son needed some extra support in areas like speech and social skills, the school provided a safe and nurturing environment that helped him grow. He reminds me a lot of myself at that age—full of energy and needing just a little more guidance—and the teachers showed a lot of patience and care throughout his time there!
We’re so grateful for the opportunity to have had my son apart of The Goddard’s team! We would absolutely recommend this school to other families.

My toddler is very happy here and has been learning so much (letters, numbers, counting, etc.)! Her teachers are friendly and warm, and their activities are very engaging and appropriate for her age.

What is a typical day at The Goddard School like?
In each classroom, we provide hands-on, playful, child-centered learning experiences that vary based on the children’s levels of development. Teachers help children grow into happy, healthy, intelligent little humans who are ready to take on the world around them.
For infants, we follow the care schedule set by your family and utilize personal care moments to connect with and expand your little one’s individual development. Our teachers also incorporate songs, finger play, books and sensory and physical exploration each day.
Our busy toddlers flex their independence as they learn to walk, talk and safely explore the world around them. Their curiosity and interests drive the classroom structure.
In our preschool and pre-k classrooms, we add more school preparation and readiness by focusing on academic skills as well as interpersonal and collaboration skills. Teachers support children as they investigate the world around them. Children learn how to ask and answer questions, work with others, navigate social situations and understand and communicate their own thoughts and feelings.
Our teachers expertly create supportive classrooms for all children to safely learn and test new social, academic and physical skills throughout a typical routine that includes morning and afternoon snack time, lunch, naptime, exploration time, small and large group experiences and outdoor play.
