    The staff was very helpful, courteous, and compassionate. Our family was very pleased with all aspects of O’Donnell services during this difficult time. We would recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent funeral home and aftercare experience.

    My family was so impressed by O’Donnell Funeral Home. During this sad time, the team was very professional but also kind and understanding as they guided us through the various decisions we needed to make. It was a beautiful celebration of my sister’s life. I would highly recommend O’Donnell.

    To Anthony, Diane and the one who got me to O’Donnell, Alexandra (Alex) many thanks. From the time I spoke with Alex I was completely taken care of. I was living out of town in Alabama when my brother suddenly passed away in Salem, MA. We didn't know anyone and was 23 hours from home. When I tell you they provided for me, they really went above. Alex not only directed us to O’Donnell but other avenues and suggestions to make this devastating time more bearable. They even contacted the VA for us and took care of the financial end. If I could give 10 stars I would. Peace is what they offered me and I took it. They really honored my brother.

    From the start Alexandra, Anthony and Dianne helped me tremendously. I would definitely use this funeral home again if i had the chance. They took care of everything and gave me so much peace knowing my brother was taken care of. Dianne called me even weeks after my brother's passing just to check on me. I am so glad Alexandra was put into our path and got us to work with O'Donnell. So thankful.
