  It’s a good place to go to everyone is nice here I wish I can go back but idk how to I toke a scholarship here and it was awesome everyone was so nice so it’s a definitely a 5 star ⭐️

  My grandmother was a resident here.. we took her out immediately... They were always short staffed.. multiple times we came to see that my mother was sitting in a urine/ feces without being changed... she was not being given her medicine on time and seen to always be on a waiting list to get her meds.. the staff worried more about bickering with each other then they did there residents.. there cna that did a great job that were fired for no reason.. one that was very good at caring for our mother was often targeted rather than appreciated for her great job performance it seemed the more she was loved by the families the more she was hated by the staff.. when we had concerns about our mothers treatment they were quick to blame the other nurses and not take accountability for there wrong doings.. the food was horrible never served on time ... we payed a great price out of pocket for a nightmare..I would not recommend having your loved one go here unless you plan on being with them around the clock

  2 nights in a row now I have called the main number 7, 8, 9, 10 times and no one picks up the phone. How are we suppose to check on our loved ones when no one answers the phone. I am above and beyond very concerned

  This was my 3rd stay at Leonard Florence Rehab in Chelsea due to various personal health crises. This time I had a broken humerus and a severely hurt knee, both due to a fall. The entire staff was beyond amazing, from the Admissions Director Joyce Agri to the social worker Taylor Brian who oversaw my case, the PT’s Elizabeth (Liz) and Bea, the OT’s Amy , Jenn, and Tara, the aides Sandra Ferreira, Theresa Klosiewicz, Jeannie, and the nurses, including Patricia and Cathy, and so many more, to the wonderful chefs who basically cook meals to order and also to the front desk staff, including Gail and Ronnie, I owe you a huge Thank You. You all contributed to making my stay not only extremely pleasant but also extremely rewarding, as I was able to make tremendous progress. My huge heartfelt thanks to you all. As I tell everyone who asks, this is the Cadillac of rehabs.
