  Assisting Hands did an OUTSTANDING job of helping us understand my mother-in-laws' Long Term Care (LTC) policy. They identified 2 additional benefits that will be super useful for us, we just didn't understand the language in the policy. We are now getting the full benefit of the policy thanks to Assisting Hands!

  Assisting Hands has been absolutely wonderful to work with. They provided clear guidance on initiating my aunt’s Long Term Care Policy and have consistently delivered excellent home health care. Communication with Lori has been outstanding—her compassion and professionalism have helped my aunt and me navigate the challenges of chemotherapy with confidence and reassurance. I also want to recognize Dave for his leadership, John for his attentive case management, and Mayu for her dedicated and caring support. Each member of the team has gone above and beyond, making an incredibly difficult time more manageable. I cannot say enough positive things about Assisting Hands and the exceptional care they provide.

  Angela N is more than a care taker, she is like family. She deals with my husband with respect and love. When asked if she can do something a little out of her relm, she quickly agrees. Hope other aides at Assisting Hands are as GREAT as Angela N.!!!!
