  Losing my mom in January was incredibly hard, and because I was living overseas I wasn’t able to pick up her ashes for almost eight months. Driscoll Funeral Home cared for her all that time with dignity, which gave me peace of mind from afar. When it came time to choose an urn and decide how to handle the ashes, Phillip at Driscoll was outstanding. He promptly sent me an extensive catalog of options, guided me through the choices without any pressure, and was always patient and understanding when delays came from my side. His combination of compassion, clear communication, and operational excellence made a difficult process so much easier. On arriving at the funeral home I found it to be a lovely, well-kept space, which reinforced my sense that my mom had been in good hands during those months. Phillip even went the extra mile by sending the burial certificate directly to Ridgewood Cemetery, saving me time and eliminating one more stressful task.   Pat and Phil were both professional and friendly throughout this whole process. They made such a difficult and emotional time an easy experience. They were caring and quick to respond to any questions we had. They did a beautiful job with all the services for my Mom, Carol Bellemore. I can’t recommend them enough. They were also nice enough to donate a memorial tree in honor of my Mom. Thank you Pat and Phil for everything. It was greatly appreciated.

  My mother passed away unexpectedly following an accident. Dealing with this grief, especially around the holidays was unimaginably difficult. Pat and his team made the process of planning and orchestrating the most beautiful service for my mother absolutely seamless. He was professional yet down to earth and accommodating across the board. The venue itself is beautiful- they took care of everything and kept us fully informed along the way. My family was confident in their ability to direct the most perfect service. We didn’t have to think or worry about one thing, allowing us to focus on processing our grief and be present with family and friends. His communication and expertise was remarkable from the very beginning. From the set up to the arrangements, the timeliness of the website and obituary posting, the creation of the slideshow, incorporation of the playlist, the memorial cards, to the management of the large number of visitors with such care and compassion-everything went so perfectly. I could not have asked for anything more for my family in this difficult time of need. We wholeheartedly THANK YOU for taking care of everything aspect of our loved one’s service- even taking into consideration many items that we didn’t even think about! I will highly recommend your funeral home to everyone I know going through the loss of a loved one. I know they will be taken care of.
