  overall terrible experience. my daughter went here for their cbat program. she had said the staff were nice but she felt as if she received no help from them at all. she said the food was almost inedible. overall i wish i had never sent my daughter here.

  The staff there swore at my daughter while I was on the phone wouldn't let her call me or my mom and when they did she had 2 minutes and they'd be rushing her off the phone she also went in with a star light and they kept that on her lol when asked the manager said he didnt have it my daughter reported the rooms was dirty shes been to plenty of Inpaitent this is the only one I discharged her from ever because I felt she was being mistreated and they did not help at all they need to do better

  This place genuinely disgusts me. I was there a little over a year ago. The staff there are extremely unprofessional and the way they handle situations with the clients are very poor. There was a time that they didn’t give my 8am medication on time. They gave it to me at 10am. Which was already a problem. They then asked me to take my 12pm dose of that same med and I refused because the time window was so close together, I knew that was not a good idea. They insisted that I needed to take it and I told them no. I was sitting at a table and they said I needed to go into the space room. I said no because I wasn’t disturbing anyone and then they tried to escort me there when I was coloring. Then they restrained me. I ended up with a contusion in my back, a confusion, a sprained wrist, and couldn’t walk straight for days. The staff there have a tendency to make fun of and pick on the clients there. I am a client they did that to. Also, the staff often pick favorites and mistreat certain clients. They also participate in the drama that goes on between the clients and put other clients down. When there is a client that feels as though they are getting treated poorly, the staff laugh at them and tell them to deal with it, rather than helping them. I still have unhealed trauma till this day because of how bad they treated me. This place is a horrible place to go to. It really needs to get shut down. I wouldn’t recommend sending your kids here.
