- DGD GDec 6, 20251.0This place seemed pretty good, BUT THEY KEEP RAISING THE RENT!! They’ve raised it TWICE IN THE PAST 7 MONTHS!!! The increase is $700 in just the past 7 months! On TOP of the original (not cheap) rent. Someone greedy has stepped in to a role there to make them raise the rent so much in such a short amount of time! Don’t move here, they’ll just keep raising the rent on you.
