Considering how terrible her disease is, she receives wonderful and transparent care. The staff has always been kind and attentive to her and our family's needs. - NMnancy mccormickApr 4, 20251.0Overall the staff and place is ecellant, but has my mother stayed on, it became worse, food is excellent and dining staff is wonderful. Their activities are the same every week nothing new, for what you are paying, we paid extra for meds, showers etc, we would go and see my mother and she had the same outfit on for 3 days, and then had to pay to fhave compession socks put on. She had a problem with a leak in her ceiling, damaged her furniture, they would not have it repaired and the repairs to the ceiling were awful. I complained about the smell of urine, multiple times, and got nowhere with management, when you have any problems or complaints Nancy was very rude and not at all interested in your isssues. For a long term place I would not recommend it, for the money they charge.

FaceTime (FT) for his family, who live hundreds of miles away, is very useful and the workers do their best to have him ready for FT which can be scheduled in very short time on the same day of request. Thank you, hands-on Caretakers.
- LSLois SapioJun 5, 20205.0Brookdale Cushing Park has done an excellent job of protecting their residents and associates during the Covid-19 pandemic. They have had a very minimal number of positive testings for the virus. I am especially happy for the weekly zoom calls with the families to update us on how our loved ones are doing. They are open to questions and suggestions at any time. These people have gone above and beyond. Kudos to Brookdale Cushing Park and the wonderful staff working there!
