  Everything was done professionally . Paige was exceptional - explaning everything , going out of her way to provide great service and doing it with appropriate sympathy. Letitia was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all the intricacies of the things you have to address after a loved one dies - offering continued help if needed. It's a trying time and I appreciate all the help that the O'Donnell team has provided.

  Brianna walked me through everything with calm, understanding and support through the whole process. The included aftercare program was truly amazing. Melissa knew so much about grief, what I would be facing in the year, how to handle my finances and protect myself from identity theft. In addition, I found her knowlege of estate matters such as probate to be extremely helpful at this time.

  After my mother passed in September 2025, I didn’t know what to do next. Mom had been through so much trauma after her stroke in July, we hadn’t even thought about next steps. My daughter said her friend’s family had suffered a loss and highly recommended O'Donnell Funeral Home in Danvers. I called there and was so grateful to talk with Robin Caulk, the Funeral Director. Robin put me at ease right away – it was like talking with a friend. I hoped I was in good hands, and then over the course of the arrangements, I knew for sure I had made the right decision in going with O’Donnell. Because when my Dad passed years ago when my parents were living in Florida, Mom had decided she wanted to be cremated and her urn placed next to Dad in his niche at the Sarasota National Cemetery. I had no idea how to arrange that from up here in Massachusetts, but Robin guided us through every step, and her staff was kind and very supportive every step of the way. They even connected us to an appointment with a counselor who provided important information and answered our questions about the entire process, including how to access grief counseling – all included in the reasonable price we paid for O’Donnell’s services. While I hope it’s a long way off, when the time comes and another family member or myself passes, I have no doubt that O’Donnell will be there for us again. We are so grateful for the respect, kindness, and support we received and continue to receive from O’Donnell.

  My wife passed away from a long fight with cancer in July 2025.  I was devastated.  But I found the perfect place to honor and celebrate her – at O’Donnell’s.  I had an idea of what I wanted to do, but O’Donnell’s made it a reality and helped to fill in all of the important details to help her soul shine (she never needed any help with that in life). She touched so many people’s lives and I knew we needed to find a special place – beautiful, open, intimate – befitting her spirit, but also large enough to accommodate the hundreds of people who would come to celebrate her life. The facility was more like a beautiful event space than a dreary funeral home - it was warm and bright with lots of open windows - it just has a different vibe… With their help, we planned a celebration of life that allowed us all (our family, friends & co-workers) to honor and remember Marissa the way she wanted. They helped with the digital tribute and even did a second extremely personalized video tribute that we shared during her service. They presented many options and choices but never forced us into anything and they were great listeners in helping us create the type of memorial that was just what we needed. There were plenty of staff there to assist, we never worried about a thing. They let us focus on our friends and family as all the details were taken care of. After the service they have been reaching out to check on me and help with all the people to notify. No one ever wants to do this - but Anthony and the team treated me like we’re family. They were professional but not stuffy… helpful but not bothersome.  They followed up but just enough… I want to especially thank Anthony O’Donnell, Brianna, and Diane for their compassion, kindness, and attention to detail.  I highly recommend O’Donnell’s if you experience a loss like my own.
