As I live in Florida, I wanted to assure that Mom would receive the best care and quality of life possible since I could not be near her. Cohen Florence Levine Estates is a facility that provides everything I was looking for. From my first interaction with Jen Fazekas, who directed the process of admittance, I could tell immediately that I was on the right track. She is amazing and always takes the time to answer all my concerns. Kristen Donnelly, Executive Director is outstanding as well. She regularly reaches out to family members with important updates and announcements and makes herself readily available for feedback. The care and concern this facility exhibits for their residents is outstanding. They coordinate day trips, provide entertainment and offer many other activities for those who choose to participate. I would highly recommend Cohen Florence Levine Estates if you're seeking exceptional care for your elderly loved ones. You will not be disappointed.
