The facility was clean and the atmosphere was cheerful and alive! Everything was explained to me on how an Asst Living facility works. From payment to Housekeeping. All Staff answered all my questions promptly. My Mother was admitted in May 2025, and it is such a relief knowing she’s taken care of 24/7. I highly recommend Brookdale Shreveport to all my friends and family!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Kim Palmer

He wanted to meet people and enjoy activities like dominos, Bingo, music specials and much more, without the responsibility and upkeep of a home. It's been a delight.
- TDTyler DupontMar 19, 20211.0Scam artist. Pressured us to sign for my MIL to move in. We signed paperwork but never moved anything in and changed our mind about moving her in. They kept sending bills and threatened to send to collections. They sent a bill for over $8,000. Kept sending notices to pay or they would report to outside collection agency. Brookdale corporate agreed that it was ridiculous for us to pay this amount since we never moved her in. DO NOT recommend. Update 5/4/21: Still haven't heard from "corporate management" since the response a month ago. Still haven't received the $1,900 community fee either. Terrible place. Can't imagine what the residents go through.
